INTERESTED IN RENTING ONE OF OUR PROPERTIES

  1. Fill out the application form and authorization form provided below. Please be advised that in order to be eligible to rent one our properties,  we must run your credit.

  2. Fill it online, print it, sign it and email it to us at admin@sevenstarproperties.com with the following documents:

    1. Proof of income - your two most recent pay-stubs. 

    2. Three months of bank statements. 

    3. A letter to explain why you would like to move in.

    4. A copy of your driver's license.
