Mamdouh (Mom-do) has lived in Simi Valley since 1987 and is dedicated to his wife and three children.
During the recession, Mamdouh was laid off from his job. Later, his wife faced a layoff from her job, and it placed him and his family in great danger of losing their home. After this experience, Mamdouh made it his mission to also help homeowners who were in danger of losing their home.
He began his Real Estate career, first as an agent, then as a broker, and is now licensed in commercial real estate. With over 30 years of experience, he has helped hundreds of homeowners stay in their home, avoid foreclosure and most importantly continue to thrive. With SB 1079 passing, he now also specializes in helping homeowners who want to purchase a home at auction.
Mamdouh holds a degree in Computer Engineering and an MBA in Global Management from University of Phoenix. He is an active member in the community and strives to help people achieve their goals and dreams.
